EU Notifications for Business Trips & Postings.
We ensure the correct and timely registration of your companies and employees in accordance with the EU Posting of Workers Directive, preventing international assignments in Europe from failing due to notification obligations, deadlines, or national portals.

Check EU notification requirements for postings
Before an assignment abroad, we check whether an EU notification is required. Key factors are the destination country, activity, duration of assignment, industry, and whether the assignment falls under the Posting of Workers Directive.

Register companies in the EU notification portal
Before the first notification, many countries require registration in the national notification portal. We set up the necessary access and prepare your company for future posting notifications.

EU Notifications. Timely submitted, clearly documented
Postings within Europe are rarely just a single form. Depending on the destination country, different notification portals, deadlines, languages, minimum wage requirements, working time regulations, and documentation obligations apply. visumPOINT checks whether an EU notification is required, prepares the notification, and handles its submission to the respective national portal. This ensures that postings remain legally compliant and clearly documented – even if the assignment duration, work location, or employees change at short notice.
